The code of ethics represents the “Constitutional Charter” of our institute, a set of rights and duties that defines the ethical and social responsibility of each participant in the organization.
The document has been drawn up to ensure that the ethical values SSV is inspired by are clearly defined and constitute the founding element of the corporate culture, as well as the standard of conduct of all employees and collaborators in the exercise of their activities.
The Code of Ethics has the specific function of promoting and guaranteeing fairness and integrity in the management of business and human relations within and outside the institution. Recipients are therefore required to respect the values and principles of the code of conduct and are required to protect and preserve, through their conduct, the respectability and image of SSV, as well as the integrity of its economic and human assets.
